Typical pattern

Portuguese is mostly SVO. Pronoun placement varies (especially in European Portuguese).

How to practice

Use short sentences first. If you’re unsure, copy a native-like pattern from the Speaking tab and swap one word at a time.

• Start with 3-word sentences (I / want / water).
• Record yourself, then slow down TTS and compare rhythm.
• Keep a notebook of 5 sentence patterns you can reuse.
